cara update galaxy s2 – shw m250s jellybean 4.12 versi korea (scroll bellow for english version)
1. backup EFS partition nya, pakai galaxy s2 sim unlocker
2. backup data penting agan dari phone ke sdcard
3. masuk ke download mode (tekan tombol power,volume-down, menu bersamaan)
4. colok kabel ke PC, nyalakan program ODIN
5. pastikan muncul warna kuning di ODIN dan tulisan [Port : xx] muncul
6. kalo tidak muncul, cabut, agan install samsung KIES di Komputer agan, ulangi langkah 4
7. kalo muncul, tekan di tombol PDA, masukkan file firmware yang dah agan download dan extract 6 file di link ini (yang update.zip jangan di download dulu), extract sampe muncul file .tar ukuran 826mb, atau download di link ini
8. pastikan auto restart dah dicentang, dan repartitionnya jangan dicentang
9. baca bismillah terus tekan tombol start
10. klo sudah sukses and mau ngeroot, donload file update.zip masukkan sd card, boot ke recovery menu (tekan tombol power,volume-up, menu bersamaan), pilih install zip from sdcard, terus pilih file tadi11. klo kita ada KIES di PC, bisa sewaktu2 update otomatis dengan bantuan Kies, syaratnya, pc agan harus terkoneksi internet
11. untuk mengatasi masalah sms yang dibatasi 80 byte, bisa install go sms pro sebagai pengganti stock messaging, ato kalo mau ribet, bisa diganti dengan file messaging.apk dari rom lain
update : bisa juga coba pake temporary CWM buat backup rom ini, mayan bisa dipake kalo lagi gatel pengen ganti rom, klo update ke ROM i9100 lagi, jangan lupa repartition dicentang, dan di tombol PIT, masukkan file ini setelah diextract

1. backup your efs folder with galaxy s2 sim unlocker
2. this installation will wipe your phone card memory, backup your important data
3. go to download mode (press power,volume-down, menu simultaneously)
4. Plug usb to Handset and PC, start ODIN
5. Make sure [Port : xx] appears with yellow background
6. no luck? unplug, install samsung KIES to your PC, back to step 4
7. found it? download this link it contains firmware files separated into 6 zips, unzip until you find KIES_HOME_M250SKSJMB1_USER.tar file size about 826mb or download from this link
8. Press PDA, and put file above
9. check auto restart
10. pray, and press start
11. succeeded? post your result here 🙂
12. there will be issue for messaging, replace your stock messaging with go sms pro to solve it
addition :
for rooting, download update.zip file, put into sd card, boot to recovery menu (press power,volume-up, menu simultaneously), choose install zip from sdcard, then choose update.zip
update : you can also try to use this temporary CWM to backup ur rom, if you want to try another room. don’t forget to repartition on odin, extract this file and put it into PIT option
